General Information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website.Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer delivers our website content via a globally distributed content delivery network (CDN) built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). When you access our website, the hosting infrastructure automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes your IP address, date and time of access, page/file accessed, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is used solely to ensure the technical delivery, stability and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources.
Some data processing by Framer may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this is the case, Framer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR) as an appropriate safeguard.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of our website).Contact via Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your information (name, contact details, content of the inquiry) will be used exclusively for processing your request and will not be shared without your consent.
Our email is hosted via Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing may also involve Google LLC in the United States. Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR) as a safeguard for this transfer.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (to respond to your inquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business communication).Website Analytics
We use Framer Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool built into our hosting platform (provided by Framer B.V.). Framer Analytics does not use cookies or any other persistent identifiers. Your IP address and browser user agent are hashed together with a secret key ("salt") that changes and is deleted every day, so no connection can be made to you personally and visits cannot be tracked across different days.
Because this processing is fully anonymized and does not involve storing information on your device, no consent is required for its use.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding, in a way that does not identify visitors, how our website is used).Cookies and Local Storage
This website does not set cookies. To let you know how we handle data on this site, we display a short privacy notice on your first visit. Your acknowledgment of this notice is stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie), so the notice is not shown again on later visits. This storage is technically necessary for this purpose and does not require separate consent (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).Embedded YouTube Videos
On some of our project pages, we embed videos hosted on YouTube, a service provided by YouTube LLC / Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The video player itself is only loaded after you actively click on the video preview — until then, no video player is embedded and no connection for video playback is established.
Please note that when you visit a page containing a video, a preview thumbnail and basic video information (such as the title) are automatically retrieved from YouTube/Google servers, even before you click play. This automatically transmits your IP address to Google. Once you click to play a video, further data (such as browser type, operating system and viewing behaviour) may be transmitted to Google, and Google may set its own cookies, subject to Google's own privacy practices.
Purpose: Appropriate and user-friendly presentation of our video content.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data may be transferred to the United States; Google relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard for such transfers.
More information: https://policies.google.com/privacyPhoto and Video Recording at Events
As part of trade fairs, conferences, and similar events, we may take photographs and video recordings of participants and visitors.
These recordings are processed for the purposes of corporate communications and marketing. This includes, in particular, publication on our website, social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), presentations, as well as marketing, sales, advertising materials, and press and public relations activities.
The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. In the event of withdrawal, the relevant data will no longer be used for the stated purposes. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains unaffected.
The recordings will be deleted once they are no longer required for the stated purposes or if consent is withdrawn, unless statutory retention obligations apply.Data Subject Rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR.
Responsible authority for us is:
